50% refund of base fare. Taxes & surcharges refunded in full. Processed within 7 working days.
24–48 hours before departure
25% refund of base fare only. No refund on Economy Saver fares.
Less than 24 hours / No-show
No refund on base fare. Only government taxes refundable within 30 days.
