To access certain features, including The Dynasty Loyalty Program and rapid checkout, you may register for an account using your email or third-party single sign-on (SSO) providers like Google or X. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Booking, Fares, and Cabin Classes
- Dynamic Pricing: Fares are subject to change without notice until a booking is fully ticketed and confirmed.
- Cabin Rules: Amenities and baggage allowances vary strictly by purchased class (Petal Class, Emerald Premium, Onyx Suite, or Majestic Imperial).
- Travel Documents: Passengers are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, and medical certificates required for their destination.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Refund eligibility and cancellation fees are dictated by the specific fare conditions agreed upon at the time of purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
5. Passenger Conduct and Safety
D.S. Airlines is committed to providing a luxury, safe environment. We reserve the right to refuse carriage or remove any passenger whose conduct poses a safety risk, is disruptive, or fails to comply with the instructions of the flight crew.
6. The Dynasty Loyalty Program
Participation in The Dynasty Loyalty Program is subject to its own specific terms and conditions. D.S. Airlines reserves the right to alter point accrual rates, redemption values, or tier benefits at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, D.S. Airlines shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from flight delays, cancellations, or use of our website. Our liability for lost or damaged baggage is strictly limited by the Montreal Convention and international aviation law.
