1. The D.S. Punctuality Promise
We respect your time. Boarding for Imperial First Class begins seamlessly 45 minutes prior to departure from our private lounges. Gates close strictly 15 minutes before takeoff to ensure absolute on-time performance. Our dedicated ground staff will personally escort Titanium Tier guests from lounges to the aircraft.

2. Baggage & Handling
Your belongings are treated with the utmost care. Titanium Tier members receive complimentary priority baggage handling and dedicated carousel access. Any single piece of luggage must not exceed 32kg in accordance with international safety regulations. Fragile items may be handed to our concierge team for special handling.

3. Cancellations & Flexibility
True luxury is peace of mind. Imperial First Class itineraries offer unlimited, complimentary date and time modifications up to 2 hours prior to departure. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure are fully refundable. D.S. Airlines credits will be issued for changes made within 24 hours.

4. Code of Conduct & Elegance
D.S. Airlines maintains a standard of elegance befitting our brand. We request all passengers to adhere to a smart-casual or formal dress code. We reserve the right to refuse boarding to anyone compromising the peace, safety, or standard of our cabin environment. Disruptive behaviour will be reported to aviation authorities.
